What makes the Seedor Safe special?

The Seed&Lock offers a secure and durable way to protect your Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Your recovery seed is stored in durable stainless steel, protecting it from external influences. With this practical starter set, you can independently and discreetly emboss your seed words into solid stainless steel plates – without the need for third-party services.

What is a recovery seed and how do you get it?

A recovery seed – often simply called a "seed" – is a special list of words you can use to restore your crypto wallet. If you use a hardware wallet such as Ledger, Trezor, Tangem, or Bitbox, this seed is created automatically. It consists of 12 to 24 words in a specific order, containing all the important information for restoring your wallet.

What material is the Seed&Lock made of?

Each Seed&Lock is made of high-quality V2A stainless steel (1.4301). To prevent material reactions or corrosion, all components are made of the same alloy.

How many characters can be stored per disk?

Each disc has space for up to 8 letters and 2 numbers, allowing you to engrave your seed words completely and permanently.

How many disks fit in the Seed&Lock?

The Seed&Lock is designed for 12 to 32 disks. We recommend storing only one seed per safe to avoid confusion.

Which surface is best for embossing?

For best results, use a sturdy, solid surface—such as a workbench, a heavy parasol base, or a stone floor. Brittle materials like tiles or granite floors are less suitable, as they can be easily damaged.

How will your order be shipped?

All shipments within Germany are sent safely and reliably with DHL. If you value discretion, you can also have your order sent to a DHL Packstation. Simply enter the Packstation number and address in the appropriate field and provide your postal code.
